Hudson Valley Logistics Center

Following the successful execution of Project Redtail in the Town of East Fishkill, Bluewater acquired the neighboring parcel following the abandonment of a sports complex  by the previous owners.  Bluewater worked with the Town to develop a plan that complemented the existing  plan for the area. Hudson Valley Logistics demonstrates Bluewater's conviction that the connectivity to the NYC population via seamless access to Route 84 will be critical to e-commerce fulfillment.
