Project Patriot

Project Patriot is a multi story build to suit facility located in Worcester County Massachussettes.  This 100 acre site with direct access to  Route 20 required local rezoning and permitting along with completion of MEPA, MassDOT, and Local, State, and Federal Natural Resource protection agencies. Project Patriot is currently under construction anticipated to deliver in 2023.
